the staff always helps you so greatly i appreciate it always. the location makes venturing into olde town easy. my room seemed very tidy. i found the hotel clean throughout its public spaces.

The room lacked a view. I faced a wall throughout my stay. noise from a nearby nightclub persisted until early morning hours. this made sleep difficult.

the location was central. it was very close to many attractions and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered plenty of choices and was quite satisfying.
i found the room temperature difficult to regulate. it was a bit too cold on the fifth floor. i could not adjust the thermostat to my liking.

My room on the fifth floor had super cute design touches! i really enjoyed relaxing there. the bath tub was huge and i found the freely available conditioner and body lotion very practical. free water and hot drinks were also provided. That's always a plus!
The noise from outside was a slight issue. With windows open, it was a bit loud, but that's expected in a central location.
